Fuchsia - 'Charming''Charming' has now been grown for more than a hundred and thirty years. It is an all red variety. Although the corolla is often described as purple it is so reddish in hue that I don't hesitate to put it in my personal fuchsia grouping as an all-red. The flowers are of medium size, carried on a strong upright bush, about two feet high or a little more, and surrrounded by fairly light green leaves with a yellowish tinge. 'Charming' is generally listed as belonging to the most hardy category of fuchsia. For fuchsia plants by post in the United Kingdom
